Yes, please keep the same GHIN number to transfer clubs.

What should I know when joining a new club or golf association?

When joining a new club or golf association, keep the following in mind:

  • Use your existing GHIN number. Provide your current GHIN number to your new club so your full score history stays intact. If you don't have a GHIN number yet, one will be assigned to you when you join.
  • Membership fees apply per club. Your NCGA membership is non-transferable. You'll need to pay a separate membership fee for each club you join — no multi-association discounts are available.
