How do members update their contact information on GHIN?

To update your contact information — including mailing address, phone number, and email — log in to GHIN.com or the GHIN mobile app and edit the fields in the My Profile section. The steps below cover the GHIN.com web process. To update your information in the GHIN mobile app, open the app, tap your profile icon, select My Profile, edit the desired fields, and tap Save. You can also submit changes through the Contact Us form.

Step 1 - Log in to your GHIN.com profile

Enter your GHIN Number (or username) and password to log in to your GHIN profile on GHIN.com.

Step 2 - Access the menu (upper right of screen)

Once you are logged in, click the down arrow located next to your name in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the account menu.

Step 3 - Access My Profile

From the dropdown menu, click My Profile to navigate to the page where you can edit your contact information.

Step 4 - Access Editable Information

From your My Profile page, click the down arrow next to any section to expand and access the editable fields.

Step 5 - Edit your information and save
Enter your updated information in the editable fields, then click Save Changes. Your GHIN profile will reflect the updates immediately. If your changes do not appear after saving, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. For further assistance, use the Contact Us form.
