If the NCGA app is not working, what should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging into the app, try updating it to the latest version and/or deleting it then re-downloading it.

If you suspect that your GHIN # is not active, try logging on to ghin.com with your number and last name. If it works there, then the issue is with the app. If you can not log into ghin.com, there may be a membership issue you can resolve by contacting member@ncga.org.

If trouble persists, locate the 3 bars in the upper left of the main screen and click, you will see About – under that select Email Support and type in your issue.
