I’ve had a GHIN number before; Can I use the same one if I rejoin the NCGA?

Whether your GHIN number is still active depends on how long ago your membership lapsed. GHIN automatically deletes inactive GHIN numbers after three years of inactivity. If it has been less than three years, your original GHIN number may still be retrievable. If it has been three years or longer, you will be assigned a new GHIN number when you rejoin.

If you’re unsure whether or not your GHIN number has been deleted and you were a member of the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA) (and not another state's golf association), please fill out this Forgot GHIN Form to retrieve your GHIN number via email.
