How do I create my NCGA member login for member rate tee times at Poppy Hills & Poppy Ridge?

How To: Activate Your NCGA Member Tee Time Login For Discount Member Rates at Poppy Hills in Pebble Beach, CA & Poppy Ridge in Livermore, CA.

NCGA members are required to use a login credential to access and book member tee times and rates online at Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge. We have updated the NCGA member login for both the Member Area of the website and the Member tee time booking to coincide with the GHIN Digital Profile.

Step 1: Have a GHIN number and Email

You will have to be an active member of the NCGA to create your GHIN Digital Profile. You will need your GHIN number and an Email address already associated with your Profile.

Don’t have an email address on your NCGA handicap profile? Call your home club or Contact Us so we can update your profile.

Step 2: USGA GHIN

Visit GHIN.com or download the USGA GHIN Mobile App from Google Play or Apple Store.

Step 3: Login or Create Profile

If you already have a GHIN Digital Profile, Login with your user credentials.

If you do not have a GHIN Digital Profile, select 'Create Profile' on the login screen. You will need to verify two out of three credentials: GHIN Number, Email, and/or Last Name.

Please Contact Us if you need to add an Email address to your GHIN Number.

Step 4: Set Password

You will receive an email from GHIN with a link that will take you to ghin.com to set and confirm a password and accept the privacy policy and terms of service.

Step 5: Login with Credentials

Go back to the Member Area and enter your newly created credentials.

We are transitioning to this new technology to provide a seamless and easy to use online booking platform to improve the member experience and better serve our valued NCGA members. In addition to reserving online member tee times on the Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge websites, this secure members-only login will provide access to the members only area on the NCGA website where members can post scores, look up Handicap Indexes, get activation codes for exclusive benefits, and more. We are committed to expanding the offerings in the members-only area and will be adding future capabilities such as self-updates for contact information and email preferences. We will keep you informed via the bi-monthly NCGA newsletters as we add new features.
