What constitutes the new rule of a "golfer not playing alone?"

As long as someone accompanies you during the round for at least 7 holes e.g. caddie, a friend riding in golf cart, an opponent, a fellow competitor, a child, etc. that can attest to your score, the player is considered to have played a valid round and the score may be posted.
