What constitutes the new rule of a "golfer not playing alone?"

As long as someone accompanies you during the round for at least 7 holes e.g. caddie, friend riding in golf cart, opponent, fellow competitor, child, etc. that can attest to your score, the player is not considered to have played and the score may be posted.
